Dr. Sandie Gravett: I am also continuing to explore expressions of religion in film and novels in an article on female characters and faith in Barbara Kingsolver's The Poisonwood Bible and Kasi Lemmon's film Eve's Bayou.  Teaching is also a major research interest and I want to pursue writing on classroom practice.
